Profile
Stonestreet Estate Vineyards is the story of a family’s vision to defy the limits of California winegrowing. Crafting Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc from the mountain vineyards of Alexander Valley.
Overlooking Alexander Valley, Christopher and Ariel Jackson guide the cultivation of 170 micro-vineyards across the 5,300-acre Stonestreet Mountain Estate.
The mountain possesses a staggering variety of elevations, angles, and soil types—these nuances encourage limitless diversity across the Stonestreet portfolio and support the wines’ ability to age for years in the bottle, flourishing and improving with time. As the latest stewards of this multigenerational journey, the family integrates winemaking with their love for the land to lead the production of exceptional Sonoma wines while leaving most of the land to thrive unplanted and wild. Stonestreet Estate Vineyards was established in 1995 by Chris’s parents, Jess Stonestreet Jackson and Barbara Banke, and their legacy carries on as the family unearths the mountain’s full winegrowing potential.
