Profile
Saison Hospitality co-founder and Saison Winery winemaker Mark Bright launched the flagship location of Saison Cellar & Wine Bar in San Francisco in the summer of 2024.
We invite wine lovers, collectors, and anyone thirsty to use the space as an extension of their own home and cellars.
The Wine Bar serves up a vast wine list curated by Mark Bright and our team of Sommeliers, complemented by French wine bar fare. The vast collection – available by the glass, flight, or bottle – showcases benchmark as well as niche labels, with deep verticals and highly allocated bottles. Quite often, selections are featured by the glass not available anywhere else! Our food menu is designed for groups large and small to snack and savor, from Croque Monsieurs and Pâté en Croûte, to our Signature Caviar Service and Steak Tartare, as well as a robust Charcuterie and Cheese program. The richly textured, classic “Saison blue” space offers banquettes, booths, and bar seating. We host winemaker events regularly.
The Cellar, just two doors down, is a private members club with a discreet atmosphere for hosting and tasting, along with climate-controlled, luxury personal wine storage. Memberships with various levels and benefits include access to the space for members and their guests, a generous dining credit, exclusive winemaker tastings and experiential classes, a bi-annual personal wine cellar / purchasing consultation, a dedicated Concierge for reservations, private events, and general inquiries, and first access to all wine events and collaborations at sister Michelin-starred restaurants Angler and Saison.
