We are a sustainability-focused small business and practice reducing our carbon footprint through alternative wine packaging, and wherever and whenever possible. We are able to reduce our carbon footprint by up to 95% for glass and growler pours by utilizing re-usable kegs and sourcing as local as possible. From where we source our grapes for our own wine production, crafted by Ken Dillon, Owner & Winemaker for Footprint Wine Tap, to other producer wines, the vineyard management practices, transport of products, ethical and equitable treatment of employees, education and waste management in our operations, salvaged and re-purposed equipment, furniture and design elements in our space, and having keg wine-on-tap allows us to share high quality local wines and stories with our communities!
