Founded in 2011 by Jeff O’Neill, Ram’s Gate is a celebration of exceptional wines crafted from its enchanting Carneros estate, where the Bay meets Sonoma Valley. In partnership with winemaker Joe Nielsen, Jeff embraces sustainable practices, allowing the vineyard’s natural beauty to shine through. Their philosophy is rooted in the belief that great wines begin in the vineyard, nurtured with a gentle hand. With a steadfast commitment to organic methods, Ram’s Gate has earned certification from California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). Today, it’s celebrated for its captivating Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, each bottle telling the story of the land and the artistry behind its creation.

SEATED WINE TASTING $60 per person
Bring a bit of Carneros sunshine to your day while tasting through a flight curated from our portfolio. Seated at a table, guests will be guided through a flight featuring five wines from our Cellar Note Series, Single Vineyard Wines and Estate Collection.

THE EQUINOX EXPERIENCE $185 per person
Set against the breathtaking views of the Ram’s Gate Estate, The Equinox Experience invites you to savor the season through an unforgettable experience of food, wine, and hospitality. Enjoy a curated five-course menu celebrating the vibrant flavors of late summer, with each dish expertly paired to showcase the elegance of our estate wines.

From Dungeness crab crudo and heirloom tomatoes to perfectly prepared pork tenderloin, grilled skirt steak, and a handcrafted dessert, every course has been thoughtfully designed by Executive Chef Kim Cosway and Winemaker Joe Nielsen to elevate the wine in your glass. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying the best of Sonoma, The Equinox Experience is a memorable expression of place, season, and the art of pairing.

Dietary accommodations, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as children’s plates for guests under 12, are available with advance notice.

We are a dog-friendly winery and kindly request that your dog remains on a leash during your visit. While only service animals are welcome indoors, your furry companion is invited to enjoy the Carneros sunshine on our patio.

While Ram’s Gate offers a serene experience catered to adults, guests of all ages are welcome. We ask that all children are included in your total guest count for reservations and that guardians carefully monitor their children throughout the visit to preserve the experience of other guests.
