TABLE SERVICE
Choose your adventure! Reserve your table and upon your visit select one or more tasting flights from our menu, with charcuterie boards, conservas, and other small bites to pair. Indoor and outdoor seating available. A 20% gratuity will be applied for groups of 6 or more.

PRIVATE TASTING & CELLAR TOUR $95 per guest
This comprehensive, exploratory experience includes a custom curated flight featuring a minimum of eight of our favorite wines of the moment. Savor a local cheese & salumi board for the table and embark upon a tour of our urban cellar with your dedicated wine guide. As this experience involves being in a working winery all guests must be 21+ adults. ~ 90 minutes

CASTELLI-KNIGHT SYRAH EXPERIENCE $125 per guest
The Castelli-Knight vineyard holds a very special place in our hearts here at PAX. We have consistently made wine from this vineyard from the beginning. Come taste through some of our library wines and regale in stories and history of this beloved vineyard. We will be enjoying four vintages with paired bites to accompany and complement each wine. ~90 minutes
